What equipment do you provide?

Each station includes your own reformer, pilates ball, pilates circle, and dumbbells.

What should I bring to my first class?

Please bring grip socks for safety and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

How often should I attend classes?

We recommend attending at least three times a week for the best results.
