Why screen-led

The 3 biggest reasons why our members love screen-led

01

Accessible, in every sense

No instructor roster to work around means 20+ classes a day, 7 days a week - at prices that stay accessible, from $5 a class. You come when it suits you.

02

Carefully created classes

Every class is produced once, properly. Each movement, cue and transition is deliberately worked through in the creation process - no off days, no substitute teachers.

03

You see every movement

The screen shows you exactly what each exercise should look like, the whole way through - with an easier and harder option shown, so you always know where you're going.
